Scheduling currency exchange rate update from source system

Hi experts,

we want to use the standard functionality to update currency exchange rates from the conntect R/3 source system.

We are now wondering what the standard scenario for scheduling that update on a daily basis. For process chains there is no matching process type.

Hello there,

Create a variant for what you want to execute in transaction se38 for the reports RSIMPCURR and/or RSIMPCUST.

In the process chain use the process type of execute an ABAP program and select RSIMPCURR and/or RSIMPCUST with the corresponding variants.

you need to create this job in SM36 and schedule it periodically

the report = RSIMPCURR and/or RSIMPCUST. you need to create the variant and create the job in sm36
