How to reset a facility

Hello,

Can someone help me on how to delete/reset a facility? I have a loan contract that was tagged to a wrong facility and I need to change the facility but cannot delete it from the loan contract as it already has drawings on it. I have an error message saying that I need to reset a facility but dont have any idea on how.

I tried to edit the loan contract that was tagged to a wrong facility and I tried to delete the facility but cannot...I tried reverse the loan contract...but it does not allow me saying that that there are drawings exists.

I tried to reverse the facility but cannot, since drawings exists...Im totally stuck on how to reset and delete this facility.

Please advise.

Appreciate your expert advise on this.

Thanks,

    Hi,

You can enter the facility and check on the drawing objects profile. There you will see what are the objects or transactions which have utilized this facility. In case you already know the loan number for which you have assigned the facility you need not to the above step.

In the loan you have to remove the facility by going in the administration tab. There you have to remove the facility tagging for this transaction by clicking on delete. Then you will be able to reverse the facility.

    Regards,

    Ravi
