Crystal Dashboard Integration: Preview works on demo not on real db

Hello,

the preview out of Crystal Dashboard (XCELSIUS) works with the B1if (http://cgnlap10:8080/B1iXcellerator/exec/ipo/vP.001sap0004.in_HCSX/com.sap.b1i.vplatform.runtime/INB_HT_CALL_SYNC_XPT/INB_HT_CALL_SYNC_XPT.ipo/proc?bpm.pltype=xml&bpm.encoding=utf-8)

when using a demodatabase.

The database is selected by the user:

en-US/manager/SBODemoUS > the test query works fine (Query in Group Test, Name Test1)

After restarting Crystal Dashboard and using the user:

en-US/manager/DEMO_SolarTech_SBO_US2

> the test query does not work. (Query in Group Test, Name Test1) Error message in Xcelsius/Flash Error#2032

We checked with the SQL Server Profiler. The query runs on the SQL Server. This prooves, that all settings of the connections are correct.

The trouble shooting check list has been used. (Bi1 license, password etc...)

We can not explain the difference between the databases

Thanks for the help

Thanks for the hint. I do not think, that I have to change the Info.xml file.

The good and the bad database are both in SLD. Connection test is fine.

As I sad, the SQL Server receives the SELECT from the query defined in the Dashboard.

First we assumed, that the length of the database name might be an issue, but we tested also with a fresh restore of the SBO database. (SLD after some minutes did showed the new database automatically),

SBO 8.8.1 PL4, B1if same version, all local
