Hierarchy Node is not getting update on daily schedhule

HI Gurus,

I have a hierarchy schedule daily ( as process chain) , where in the node the hierarchy is not getting updated.

For Example,

Cost center hierarchy : new CC where added one week back, so its obvious that newly added CC must be update but is it not though the process chain is schedule for daily?

and the movement i updated the infopackage manually , the new added CC where seen.

Can anybody please explain me, what could be the issue?

Hi Prasad,

Please add process "Save hierarchy" in the process chain along with Start -> Execute Hier Info Package -> "Attribute Change Run".

Is your hierarchy time dependent ? If so, how are the infopackage start and end dates set ?

This will occasionally cause issues.

Also, are you activating the hierarchy in your process chain ? An Attribute Change Run needs to be included in each Hierarchy load process chain at the end of the run, or your change will not be activated.
