hI experts,

What is the critical character and non critical character ,While we create mic how we can differnciate both

while result recording If the results are out of specification system will create one notification automatically -how we can achive this

There are different weightages for char like Critical or major or minor

Difference is in there Weight Factor like for critical it is 100 whereas for major it is 10 & minor it is around 1

Critical means you should pay more attention to inspect this char & failing that char may cause seviour damage to the product where its going to use.

Now for automatic notification

If its 01 inspection type then system will create F2 notification & if it 04 inspection lot then system will create f3,depending upon the customization you have

QCC3--->inspection lot creation ->define inspection type-->in inspection type enter the notification you want to trigger.
