Restriction of Condition type in Pricing

Dear All

We have the pricing procedure for Export is ZDEXP in which there is a condition type ZR00 for Basic Price which is Enterd Manually. But user needs that It should reflect automatically in sales order for a prticular segment of customer.

I have made changes in pricing procedure and condition type so that values are reflecting automatically in Sales Order,But It should be applicable to all Customer?

Shall I restrict this to the particular Customer manually?

Have you built price condition by vk11?What did you mean for all customers? Could you be more specific?

    Hello

    You can use condition table:

    - 020-Division/Price Group

    or

    - 006-Price List Type/Currency/Material

in the access sequence of cond type ZR00.

    Correspondingly maintain values in

    - XD02 Customer master-Sales Data - Sales Tab for price group (if table 020 is in use) or price list (if table 006 is in use)

    - accordingly maintain condition record for ZR00 in TCode VK11

    Thanks & Regards

    JP

    Dear Rakesh,

If your Particular customers are segregated as per any of the field catalog (check in ) type

IMG-Sales and Distribution-Basic Functions-Pricing-Pricing Control-Define Condition Tables- Conditions Allowed fields

Use it to create a Table and use it in the access sequence first so that for the particular type of customer the Rate will flow.

For other even u can maintain different rate.

IF it is not clear use the access sequence which customer number, in this case the record in VK11 will be more (for all the specific customers)

A suggestion please avoid Manual entries, Standard SAP will allow any number of entries for a condition type (ZR00).

    Regards,

    Mani
