Popup menu problem in the MMR

I have a problem in displying Material in the material master record(MM03) as:-

When I have tried to display material in my quality server by using tcode:- MM03 in this case I have put the Material as

=DIA46*CD01 ,both the strings i.e. DIA46 and CD01 are present in the description of the material and there is only single material for the same.

So after doing the above, a popup menu is come of "orgnization View" but when I have tried to do the same thing,

before the popup menu of orgnization view, one another popup menu is appeared as "Material number search" , after pressing OK button, that material number is displayed, after that when press enter once again that Orgnisation view is appeared which was came in the first step in my quality server's id.

So for the same activity I have done more then one step in production, while I am doing the same by one step in the quality server.

I am sure there is no issue of the autorisation,Might be there are some setting for the same,

Can anybody suggest me regarding this.

choose from menu HELP > Settings

goto tab F4 help

compare if one system has a flag in box "Only return value directly if only one hit" while the other system has not.

Hi

Default ORG value is saved in your quality server which is not there in PRD server. You can save the default ORG level in PRD too. So there is no issue to worry.

To save this default, u need to click on save icon at the bottom of list view.
