How to reset a facility?

Hello,

Can someone help me on how to delete/reset a facility? I have a loan contract that was tagged to a wrong facility and I need to change the facility but cannot delete it from the loan contract as it already has drawings on it. I have an error message saying that I need to reset a facility but dont have any idea on how.

Please advise.

Appreciate your expert advise on this.

Thanks,

Katherine

    Hi,

You can enter the facility and check on the drawing objects profile. There you will see what are the objects or transactions which have utilized this facility. In case you already know the loan number for which you have assigned the facility you need not to the above step.

In the loan you have to remove the facility by going in the administration tab. There you have to remove the facility tagging for this transaction by clicking on delete. Then you will be able to reverse the facility.

    Regards,

    Ravi

P.S. There is a separate forum for treasury applications which you can use for getting more and quicker responses.

      Hello Ravi,

      Thanks for your kind response.

But I did tried to do what you mentioned. I tried editing the loan by deleting the facility but I encountered an error that says that drawing has been made. Then SAP procedures says, reset the drawings but not sure on how to do it..

      Please advise.

      Thanks,

      Katherine
