Activities - How to resolve errors in created activities.

Hi Forum,

I have created 500 activities via a custom report. I forgot to maintain the BP as employee responsible (before report execution).

Now i am getting error in each activity 'BP is not maintained as employee responsible'. After maintaining the BP as Employee responsible, When i go to edit mode and save activity, error is not coming.

Editing and saving 500 activities is a tough task.

Is there any report which does this.

Hi Ankush,

Though I am not very sure about availability of any SAP Standard Utility program to mass modify the partners of the activities. But you can of course develop a custom program to do so. You can use the FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to modify the Business Partners data of the Activities.
