Hi,
I have started a new BPC NW 7.50 project and want to call a BI-IP planning function written on the BPC multi-provider in the /CPMB namespace. I've created an aggregation level on the multi-provider but when i try to write the planning function it inserts the keyfigure as /CPMB/SDATA (which i suspect is correct) but the modeler checker will not verify the code can gives and error message saying "/ is not recognised".
Is there a way around this problem?
Regards,
Noel.
Hi,
Sorry to answer my own question but with the help of my Indian GD collegues Anupam Bhatnagar and Shiva Chawla we have resolved the problem by adding the quotation marks '' around the referenced namespace objects and the code now compiles and runs over the BPC cubes data.
The BI-IP fox code will be called by BPC via a process chain and we intend using a replacement path variable to move dynamic selections between BPC and the BI-IP planning functions.
Regards,
Noel.
