Problem to refresh dashboard Xcelsius 2008 SP3

Hi Experts!!!!

I have a dashboard in xcelsius 2008 SP3. I create the live office connections and setting this connections to use the last version of my webi report (the webi report that has the base information of the dashboard).

When i try to view the dashboard in Xcelsius (preview button), then i put my bo enterprise authentication and after a few seconds it show me the following message:

"soapenv:Server.generalException: Unable to open a socket to talk to CMS 15.15.1.25:8080 (FWM 01005)"

I read the standard documentation and is say: "Ensure that the CMS is running".

I went to CMC and i saw the servers and all its running and available.

Can you help me please??
