Unable to get data for Test Plan when extracting the data from 0GPC_TP_Text

I am new to GRC module.

I want to get some of the data from GRC module to BW.

I am trying to pull the data for Test Plan into BI system.

But when I am executing the extractor it shows me 0 records. I see no records in the table GRFNDMTP and GRFNDMTPT.

But when I go to transaction GRFN_STR_display I see there is some test plan data created for the same.

Can you please let me know how I can create the data for Test Plan which I can pull in BW system or how I can check the data which is created for test plan can be pulled in BW system?

I can see there is something called as snapshotid which is created for every datamart table whenever we update the timeframe in datamart maintain transaction.

Can someone provide me with some document how to pull the data for test plan, Entity id into BW?

The system version for GRC is Access Controls 5.3 and level is 7.
