pc00_m40_f16 file path upload

Dear All,

I am facing one issue in pc00_m40_f16,

in that tcode after executing,i want to print "details of tax deposited & deducted" in Form 16"

I maintained all the detail of that in a txt file & while running tcode pcoo_m40_f16,i maintain that file name in the file path"

But still after executing i am getting the error "error while computing income tax component"

Am i missing something?

Is there any relevant SAP note regarding this?

make sure that the txt file is tab delimited and in the proper/latest format provided by SAP.

HI,

Please advise, I need to upload a amount thru tax details (file path) and the amount will show in page 1 (summary in tds) & page 3 challan details.

Also, please note, this amuont is not mapped in challan process and user want to upload thru thru tax details (file path), form16.

I have a prepared a template, but the output is not showing in form16.

emp.num Comp.Code payroll peri tax surchage cess total che.num bank num challan date vocer number TDS date

Any suggestion, would be highly appreciated.

Check the SAP Note 1468518 for the upload file format. You can get here with the example.

Please make sure that /460 should not be negative. Please make sure that negative /460 is not allowed by NSDL also

please make sure the following notes should be applied :

1315776 Tax calculation inconsistency of income from other source

1323413 Payroll terminated due to error in Income Tax Computation

1361644 Budget Changes 2009- 2010

DearAll,

while examining the problem we find that,

In quality against file path F4 option is not comingin pcoo_m40_f16n tcode

while in production it is coming

Can anybody highlight what is the reason behind this?
