sapstartsrv.log grown very big

Hi,

Our sapstartsrv.log file in /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS00/work has grown to more than 3Gb in size. Can anyone tell us how did the file grown so big and how to reduce the size?

    In sapstartsrv.log do you have many repeating entries what are they?
