PC-UI - CRM BSP Applications

Good Afternoon

I am looking for documentation on all of the following PC-UI based BSP applications in CRM 4.0. The information I am specifically looking for is how to enhance/extend these applications.

On my project we have elected to use the following applications.

1. CRMD_CASE - Case Management

2. COMM_BUPAR - Business Partner (General)

3. CRMD_BUS2000126 - Activity Management

4. CRMD_BUS2000112 - Service Contracts

5. IC WebClient.

All these application are BSP applications delivered by SAP and have been developed using the PC-UI framework.

Any pointers in the right direction is highly appreciated.
