how to un-delete a refurbish order?

Dear all,

I am a MM person and would like to reverse a movement type 101 posted document as a result from a posted Refurbish Order.

When I try to cancel the material documen, the R/3 said "Order 4050687 is already deleted Message no. C6002".

Next I went to this Order with IW32, the refurbish order has the following status:

CLSD Closed

PCNF Partially confirmed

PRT Printed

DLFL Deletion Flag

DLT Deletion indicator

DLV Delivered

GMPS Goods movement posted

MANC Mat.availability not checked

PRC Pre-costed

SETC Settlement rule created

My question is how to take away the deletion flag in this order so that I can cancel the 101 material document in order for me to update the valuation type in mateial master accounting view?

Thanks

tuffy

    Hi,

Have you checked in the Order under Menu Order => Functions => Deletion Flag => Reset to reset the deletion flag?
