Status Profile

Dear All.

I think for restrict GR before confirmation there is no any user exit only possible solution is create status profile in BS02 & assign in order type. I created status profiel & assigned in order, in status profile i defined initial condition is allow confirmation at the same time restrict GR & next condition is allowed GR.

Now it working but my requirment is after confirmation how can we change status automatically to next leval i.e allow GR

now i have to manually change the status after confirmation for allowing GR please suggest how can we do this automatically?

Hi,

I never tried this case but i think you can use system status instead of user status for automatic action.

Go to BS22 for system status. Go to system status REL Release then change business transaction RMWA Goods Movement, RMWE Goods Receipt for PO, RMWF Goods Receipt for Production Order to forbid. After this, go to system status CNF Confirmed, choose new entries and add those business transaction RMWA, RMWE, RMWF then change the indicator from no influence to allowed.

Just for your consideration, since it is a system status it will affect all production order.

Dear Dev,

Have you checked with this BADI - WORKORDER_CONFIRM using the method at save to check for GR allowed only if operation

is confirmed or order confirmed and partial GR allowed only for that equivalent amount of partially confirmed quantity.

Check whether this works or not.
