Hi,
We are able to reverse the fiscal year in OAAQ but not in OAAR. Can somebody please let us know how to proceed.
Thanks,
Lavanya
Hi lavanya,
The Difference between the two transaction code are
OAAR-undo by depreciation area
OAAQ-undo by company code.
By using OAAR u can open the depreciation area that is already closed.
second OAAQ opening whole company code
After the new depreciation run it will be adjusted but while running u need to select repeat run in T.Code AFABN.
Through repeat run it will take into consideration the changed values and again calculates the depreciation.
so values will be adjusted.
Your system may not allow to undo Year end closing due to Depreciation area settings problem.
Rds,
Anil

You can't simply change the fiscal years in OAAQ.
These are changed through AJAB/AJRW.
So, if you want to close one FY just go to AJAB
and you want to open a FY go to AJRW.
Directly you can't change the values in OAAQ, it just updates the values based on AJAB/AJRW.
