Not able to see details of any massage or error log

Hi Team,

While doing any transaction if i get any massages or error at the bottom of the screen & if we double click on that error massage we can see the details of that error. But in my case the window which open after double clicking on error massage remains blank.

Could you please let me know what setting shall i do so that i can see the details of the any error massage.

Any help is highly appriciated.

    Click on help at the top ,then click on settings then click on any one of the radio button & check
