withdrawing stock 551 and 562 and system not allow

hi,

I am trying to withdrawal all the stock quantity of a particular material on a plant by using either 551 or 562, however, the system keep prompty error message "Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 1 PC : 215829 1100 8000, Message no. M7021".

The strange thing is there is a stock quantity of 1 pcs in the MMBE screen, and there is no any open stock transaction, or physical stock document for this material, further the material is NOT a batch-managed material.

May I know why system does not allow me to post the transaction??

Dear all,

I checked MBEWH, and I notice there is 1pc on the "total-valuated stock" (MBEWH-LBKUM), and this 1pc is appear in MB5L (i.e. by choosing Previous Period option.

How to get rid of this one piece so that I can change the valuation cateogry in the material master?

Can you see this stock in MARD/MARDH? If not , then It could be Stock in transit/transfer which was issued in Prev period but not received in your Plant yet .

Check in MB5T if any stock in-transit exists , also check in MB52 if yu can see this 1 qty under any transit/transfer column .

Check stock available in unrestricted ?,Probably old stock might be receipted in closed period ?

First check in MB51 through which movement type, that 1 piece was made available. You have to use the next number to reverse the stock. For example, you can use 562 only if that stock was uploaded with 561.
