Open Tasks are still pending in CSA after Saved in solution Manager.

HI All,

We have configured CSA for daily health check list for System performance and database monitor. Recently we have added the java system in CSA SOLMON.

We have successfully configured and able to open target transaction from solmon. But, after performing the check list when we enablign the checkbox DONE and save. It is showing task has been successfully completed

in dswp (or) Solution_manager transaction in OPEN TASKS are still opened. i have checked the task log it is showing status has been checked.

Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks for your help and support.

strange, never had this ïssue. can you provide any picture , so I can see it and maybe help more detail.

Version of your Solman and managed system? OS, DB ?

Did you press refresh button?
