Dear Expert's

PF contribution is possible to infotype 587.

PF one time (through any wagetype in IT15) is possible or not? (Customize solution)

Suppose it is possible then how to configur for Employeer contribution.

Please suggest for above scenario.

Thanks & Regards

yes you can do that. What you need to do, provide seperate wage type for employee and employee contri (u can provide same also in case contri is same). Write a PCR and put this after INEPF payroll function in INN1 subschema. The only point which needs to be considered that if you are generating wage type manually then take care of all the technical wage types of PF that is /3F1 to /3F9 to avoid any inconsistency.

Dear Praveen,

I have no idea about PCR. Please give me some idea about PCR.

Please do the needful.

what you need to do is push the model wage type to PF wage types. I am writing the sample PCR for it, you can extend it as per your requirement.

Ztst

*

9999

ADDWT /3F1

in this you are trying to push model wage type 9999 to /3F1.

By keeping this PCR after INEPF with PIT function will do the work.

ZPFO (name of rule

****

WGTYP?

****

ADDWT *

*

0176

AMT= 0176

ADDWT 0200

(0176 is onetime wage type and 0200 is employeer contribution wagetype in our scenario)

I have tried same as the above logic (with PIT function),

but one time entry is not showing in OT table after INEPF.

So please suggest.

well may i knw what is PCL 20 setting for one time payment as may be u r pushing it into RT table or may be elimination the wage type. Set PCL 20 such as it should remain in IT during whole payroll run. If you are using specification as 2, 4 5, 6 for PCL 20 try to change it into 7. If you using 3 currently then try to chang into 8. Test it properly after changing the PCL as it shud not it something.

no no, i am asking to set those setting for ur payment wage type not the PF wage type.

Ok.

payment wage type means employeer contribution or any other.

this payment is third party payment (PF section).

any command/statement (in PCR) or any idea, onetime wagetype will show in after INEPF then problem will solve.

Thanks

well waht you need to need is implement the login fiven in this PCR --

Ztst

***

9999

ADDWT /3F1

In the above example, set PCL 20 for model wage type 9999 as 7.

Now in PCR written by you is

ZPFO (name of rule

*

****

WGTYP?

****

ADDWT *

*

0176

AMT= 0176 <- this you don't need directly add to wage type 0200

ADDWT 0200

I have compared both here just for ur reference. It should wrk now.

Dear Praveen,

Thanks for your response.

I have written two PCR.

(1) For one time data in OT table after INEPF (USE P0015 function only for PF one time condition)

(2) Then above which is discussed

Problem is solved

Thanks for your response.

Suppose an emp. has deducted 2000 for pf contribution.

As per client scenario he want to deducted extra 500 through onetime.

So we are created a wagetype in IT15 for pf one time.

Regular pf employeer contribution is correct. but what do we need for one time employeer contribution.

Thanks & Regards
