Earned leave not cumulated for next year

Earned leave is not cumulated for next FYear.

Please suggest for exact configuration for EL.

If you maintain in T559D table_ relative position as 999 months quota will get cumulated for next year.

Hi,

In V_T559d table ' validity date ' is calendar year start and calendar year end. In relative position assign 999 months.

This will cumulate leaves for next year.

Dear Neelesh,

What ever Lata suggested is right to cumulate the leave quota for following year.

if you r not able to do that then see

you need to got the spro-time mgt-TDRA-Managingtime Accoutns Using Attendance/Absence Quotas-Calculating Absence Entitlements-Rules for Generating Absence Quotas-Determine Validity and Deduction Periods (i.e T559D) here in Validity Intervel Session in Valid to option Relative position should be 999 Months.

Then your problem will be resolved.

Quota, validity and deduction period is calender year then you need to write PCR for leave carry forward.

If you maintain 999 months in relative positive then you need not to write PCR.

It E/L is thru time evaluation, in table V_T559D, check calendar year start and calendar year end, and relative position as 999 months.
