In pricing procedure if we want to get profit we will use 11 as calclation type but this is profit before tax.
if we have to get profit with tax ie., profit after tax is there any possibiity in standards.

I belive it is not possible through standard SAP,,ask your ABAPer to create another routine in VOFM transaction under condtion value option, and put the logic for e.g.
xkwert = (komp-netwr + komp-mwsbp) - komp-wavwr.
