CDMC RFCs question

Hello experts,

Well we are trying to configure the CMDC in Solution Manager, but there is something unclear, the RFCs that we should use have to be created? or we can use some RFCs that are already in our systems?, the note 1244713 is not very specific about this procedure; and if I got to create the RFCs where I can find a guide about it?.
