Hi Gurus,

Well, I have support experience and training I got was for one week and then started off with job. But to be precise, I don't have in depth knowledge of SAP BI. I want a well structured training where I can enhance my skill. So do you think Training from SAP education partner and taking certification will enhance my skill. I am not bothered about certification. I know people who are certified but not skillful . So my emphasis is on training . But having said that certification would be icing on the cake.

So my question is shall I avail the training in SAP BI. How helpful that would be? I really want to get deep into SAP BI and want to master it.

How certification will be an added bonus in finding in SAP BI with experience in SAP BI support role.

Please help with your valuable suggestion.

Hi,

SAP BI certification is always good to have but its not mandatory. Training will give you in depth knowledge on the subject. You will learn the technical aspects and its capabilities. Without proper training you will have difficulties in understanding the application. I would advice you to take training and then work for few year and go for the certification.
