Time Evaluation

Gurus-

I am trying to figure out time evaluation for our company but I have some employees who use time clocks, some who strictly use CATS and others that use both. Is there a schema that will handle all these entries? The schema we have in place now seems to work for those who use the time clocks but not the others.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Hello Sir,

In this case, you could use the same schema.

Perhaps what is happening is that you are not using CATS correctly.

On CATS, you input the time, approve it and then transfer to the Time Infotypes, similar to clock times after all.

What you would need is to have the proper wage types configured for the IT2001 and IT2002 and IT2005 entries that you input that are transferred later from CATS to HR.

The standard schema for clock times is TM00.

There are so many different areas in configuration for wage types...where within config do I find the right area to make the changes?
