How can I pay through Off-cycle?
Shouldn't i chose the off-cycle reason, and please take care that we just want to pay the loan not the whole salary, so how can i make it?

You need to made the payment thru wage type from IT0267 this you can do thru dynamic action also. Please refer the link as provided by Sikinder
