Mismatch of License

One of My client is using 5 CRM Licenses, on that they have assigned to 5 users. Recently they deleted one user from this CRM users group without unassigning the license.

Now SAP shows that only 4 license are in stock.

Can anyone please help me sort out this issue?

The information of the assigned licenses is stored in the file system.

Go to the computer where the license service is located.

Browse to the install directory of the license service.

(default directory is %programfiles%\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\License)

Locate the file B1Upf.xml and open it with an editor.

Search for the name of the deleted user.

After this delete the whole entry for this user (everything between the <user> and </user> tag thats around the deleted user).

    Restart the license service.

The missing license should be available again after this procedure.

    Best regards

      You can also check

1.stop the License Service from SAP service manager

2.Cut this file B1Upf.xml from SAP\SAP Business One \Server Tools \License and save another location

3.then start Licence Service from SAP service manager

and re login in SAP business One .
