Characteristic creation for set up release strategy

Dear experts,

I created a characteristic FRG_EBAN_KNTTP, in Addnl data tab i

need to put Table Name = CEBAN and Field name=KNTTP., but input is not

accepted.

The error(yellow message):

"Delete the allowed values first

Message no. C1069

Diagnosis

You want to enter a check table, check report, or reference to a table

field to check values assigned to characteristic FRG_EBAN_KNTTP,.

However, allowed values are also maintained in the characteristic.

Procedure

First delete the allowed values, then enter the check table, check

report, or reference to a table field again.

"

you have entered values in the third tab of CT04.

remove those values if you want a table field reference.

Hi,

Under "Values" Tab in CT04, first remove the manually entered Characteristics Values and then click on "Other Value Check" button and select Radio Button "Check table" and specify the table for e.g. T163K and then save.
