SCMBPLUS add on

Hi All,

I am trying to add on SCMBPLUS in ECC 6 EHP5 basis release 702 system but in saint getting below error -

SAP_BS_FND,701 Non-permitted release of add-on SAP_BS_FND installed

I just encountered this issue installing SCMBPLUS 702 on NW 7.31.  The import conditions were not allowing the package to be installed via SAINT. 

To correct this, include the change attribute packages for SCMBPLUS 700 and 701 in /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in.  Once the change attributes are there, the import conditions will be met.

SCMBPLUS==700   Attribute Change Package 06 for SCMBPLUS 700

SCMBPLUS==701   Attribute Change Package 02 for SCMBPLUS 701

I'm also thank you Jeremy.. I had same problem during installation of PROD TM system. Anyway it's interesting because during DEV and TEST system installation this problem didn't appear so I had to download TM DVD again and found there those ACPs SAR files.

Hello Robert,

I did not get any fixed solution on this.

Thing which I did was -

1) Uninstall the whole system.

2) Install plain Netweaver release SAP EHP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0.

3) Add on required components one by one.

4) Make sure that you go with the correct sequence.

If you follow the correct sequence this error should not come.

I know this is not the solution for our problem but it worked in my case.
