Transaction SOAMANAGER hangs after displaying its main web page

Dears,

Kindly advise about the following problem :

Whenever I issue transaction SOAMANAGER, the Internet Explorer opens

the web page asking for the user and password, and after these are entered,

the main web page is displayed.

Whenever any option (link) is clicked on that main web page, the page just

hangs; i.e. the Internet Explorer session does not accept or respond to

any mouse click.

The ICM log does not contain any entries related to the above mentioned actions, despite the fact that the log level is increased to 2.

    Have you tryed with another browser like gchrome or firefox?

    hi,

    this sounds quiet strange, I haven'T experienced that yet although I use multiple SAP systems on different releases and various at least two different browsers.

    Could it be that you disabled JavaScript in your browser?

    Anyway, this sounds like a classical issue for SAP support.

    Dears,

    Thank you all for your interest.

    We opened a ticket with SAP, and the problem was solved by implementing note 1403775

    (Or simply reducing the zooming of the Internet Explorer to 100 %; mine was set to 135 %)
