Scheduling Agreement w.r.t. PR mandatory

Dear Friends,

The requirement tis Scheduling agreement will be created w.r.t. PR which should mandatory. That means no SA will be created W/O referring a PR. If it is possible kindly help me the settings. I don't think through OMET it is possible.

Regards,

    Hi,

When you create a contract/SA with reference to a requisition, the req.

    is more an 'entry aid'.

In standard system is not possible to make field BANFN (P.Requisition)

    a mandatory field.

As purchase requisition fields, and agreements, are

reference fields they are populated when created in reference and thus

the system would not accept attempting to make them a mandatory. It is

technically not possible per the design.

Also In me38 It´s not possible to set the field EKET-BANFN

as mandatory in the standard system.

The field EKET-BANFN is updated by the program automatically when a SA

is created with reference to the PR. This field is not allowed for input

during the manual SA creation. When you create a SA without reference it

is technically not possible to set MEPO1211-BANFN as mandatory.

    Hi,

Check in Field selection for SA, by making Purchase Req. mandatory under field selection group "Reference data, item" .
