B1iSN: the action is not processed, but in the B1 event monitor as success

Version: B1iSN 8.8.0.4

Windows 7 64 Bit

I have used the B1_BP to B1_BP standard scenario.

B1 System Input = "Company1"

B1 System Output = "Company2".

The message recording is enabled.

Event sender is configured for the two companies.

The Integration Scenario is created and activated (Business Process).

I insert or change a BP in Company1 and then I go to Control Message Processing Log, and obviously there is no message found. The technical error monitor is empty.

If I go to iApp Explorer - Monitor - B1 Event Monitor, the Message has the status "Success"

ObjectID = 2

Object Key(s) = CardCode

Key Value(s) = 5431

Target B1i Application = /0010000101.inbound/com.sap.b1i.datasync.ipo/P01/P01.ipo/EventConvertor

What settings are missing?

    Hallo Thomas,

    three questions:

    1. Which user triggered the event in B1 (by default the user you entered in B1iSN landscape is filtered out)?

    => please use another user to trigger the B1 events than the one you entered in B1iSN (by default user B1i).

    => you can change this default behaviour as explained in B1iSN Guide 03 - Extensibility, chapter 2.3 n page 9.

    2. Did you change the event sender setup while the B1 client was opened on the same machine and you triggered the event with this client?

    => please close the B1 client on the same machine where the Event Sender setup takes place and reopen it after restarting the service. After restart trigger the B1 event.

    3. Is the BIUMETA filtering by Task (option TaskFilter: I = Insert, U = Update, D = Delete, N = no task filter)?

    => change TaskFilter accordingly and deactivate, modify and reactivate your Business process.

      Long time no speech. My case was similar. Event was success but nothing in Message Log.

      Try the following (make sure you are logging SBO events in B1i):

      1. Raise your event in current SBO Company

      2. Go to Integration Solution for SAP Business One (the Web Interface) and choose 'Monitoring'->'B1 Event Monitor' and view the success list

      3. Find your SBO event and keep the Target B1i Application in Mind 😉

      4. Choose Message Log and hit the button Last Exception

      5. You may found your entry beginning with the Target B1i Application content. Here you should see what error cancelled your process!

    Do you try to force the objects filter in the EventSender setup, run, and next restarting the eventSender ?
