freight condition type to COPA

Dear Experts,

I know only two type of condition type passed to COPA

1) Statistical Condition type

2) Condition type with 11 and 12 cost element category

like - discount, rebate with 12 category and frieght and octroi charged from customer with 11 category

and if i need to flow excise and service tax to copa.will create separate statistical condition type equivalent to excise condition type.

But how to flow other expenses condition type to COPA. like frieght paid to customer

regards

RR

    Hi Raman

The Golden rule is: If you want to flow any data into COPA from SD Billing (VF01), the cost element has to be catg 11 or 12

SO, if it is an expense item - Create a condition type, Map it in KE4I, and create the associated cost element as Catg 12

If it is revenue - Then do vice versa

    Hi,

Do setting in PA transfer structure in transaction KEI2 and assign freight Cost element with value field.
