You can set the manual series as default applying a FMS on the No. field:

    Select -1

and set it Autorefresh wen customer/vendor code changes.

    Hi Jyotsana......

    Welcome to SAP B1 Forum......

You can get it done through SP Transnotification so that SAP make the users to select the Manual No. Series.

Or you can simply use FMS

    Select -1

But I would suggest you not use Manual No. Series as it may create problem in Future because Manual No. Series does get reapeated even if Posting Period gets changed I guess.........

    Regards,

    Rahul
