Spool has not sent report and getting error message in sapinbox

Hi all,

i ran a report in background and indicated to send a report to email lotus notes.but i didn't receive file .

here's no limitation in Notes by sending the file to another notes email after downloading it from the spool.

i got an error message in my sap in box as "file too large.max length 20mb"

here i want to know can increase its max size,can we do that as mentioned in sap notes 1171138

You must contact to your Basis team person to see the feasibility.
