av.check

hi all,

i face this issue. I WANT confirm quantity in schedule line always ZERO (0), even we have stock. later, after sales order is created, my user will manually put confirm quantity in schedule line.

the reason for this environment is we have to confirm to top management what quantity we can give to customer.

i have already tried by un-tick Av.Check configuration in schedule line, requirement class. but it did not worked.

can anyone give me suggestion how to achieve that requirement?

Best Regard,

Hendry

I don't think that you can achieve this in standard, but you could do something else:

Don't do ATP in the order, and create it always with a delivery block. Then when you figure out how much you want to deliver, enter it in the order, and remove the delivery block.

    Dear Hendry,

I think you can try this solution, may work for you.

Go to SPRO>Sales and Dist> Basic Fn> Availability>transfer of requirement>Block Quantity Confirmation In Delivery Blocks

here create a new delivery block for Ex. Block confirmation, and select Confirmation Block check box for this delivery block in T code OVZ7.

Now create new order and save order with this block (or you can make this as default block in VOV8).

Now the confirmed quantity will become 0 after saving and later you can change the order and remove block and you can change the delivery quantity or you change the confirm quantity by running availability check again.

I think this will solve your problem

      thanks for reply,

actualy i have already tried by not activate ATP, but the order quantity is still confirm.

i found the solution, i use delivery block in sales order, in delivery block configuration, i put tick on CONFIRMATION.

so when the delivery block is active, the quantity in schedule line always 0.

      Regard,
