Error executing ZBAPI_WAPI_WORKITEM_COMPLETE

Hello all!!

I'm having problems executing a task because when i try to complete it with ZBAPI_WAPI_WORKITEM_COMPLETE the following error appears: Error Database error '4' reading table 'SWD_HEADER

I've tried with SWU3 and checked the table and the active version exists in it, but the error stills.
