Indexing Terminated

We had some BWA issues this weekend where half our blades went down and now when I try to either "delete" or "add" this index to BWA I get this error message:

Creation of index 'PB1_BI0:D0COOM_C025' terminated. Error text:

cannot add a language to the physical part of a logical index;

index=pb1_bi0:d0coom_c025~parts:004,lo 2048

Creation of BIA index for InfoCube '0COOM_C02' terminated during activation

First things come to my mind are;

1) delete the failed requets from the cube(s) and re-try

2) use program RSDDTREX_INDEX_DELETE

3) use rsrv for consistency check for this cube

4) wouldn't mind checking transaction RS12 - just in case

5) open up an OSS message
