Cancel Scheduled Job - GRC PC 3.0

Former Member

Hi everyone.

I´ve created a new regulation in GRC Process Control 3.0, after that I´ve programmed an automatic control using a rule and and it associated script.

The issue is that I want to modify that script but I can´t becuase of its assignment to the rule. This rule is being used by a scheduled job which starts the automatic control monthly. Thus, I have to delete the job in which is configured the control where the rule is assigned.

I have no idea if that job can be cancelled in the Portal, because I can see a Cancel button but it´s not enable.

Is it possible or shall I cancel that job using an ABAP transaction? In that case, which one?

Does anybody have a hint on this matter?

Thanks a lot in advance

Hi

I also want an answer to this question.

The jobs don't appear on SM37.

Kind regards,

Hi,

We have the same problem in GRC PC 10.0.

Although, I tried to cancel/delete the job in SM37, but it is still displayed in Monitor Scheduler NWBC.

Please, advise.

Thanks,

Cristina

Hi Cristina,

We cannot cancel all the jobs in the scehduler

Please refer to the SAP note 1537030 to have details over which jobs can be cancel or deleted.

Hope the note helps.

Hi,

Thanks for your quick answer, I've checked the note.

But how about the canceled jobs that were already connected in satelites systems ?

There is any possibility to delete these jobs ?

Have a good day,

Cristina
