0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 date mapping

Hi All.

I am new to CRM and this question might be very basic. How do I find the source date field in CRM for a particular datasource? .To be more specific , I have a fiield in BW called "Activity Date" 0CRM_ACFR which is part of DSO 0SAL_DS01. This DSO is filled from datasouce 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 and when checking transaction BWA1 the mapping shows the date field as "ACTUAL_FROM" segment name "APPOINTMENT" segment field "ORDERADM_H_GUID" . The users are trying to find that date field on CRM screen and I want to make sure I give them the correct answer.

Any help would be appericiated.

HI ,

the data for appointment segment can be found in table SCAPPTSEG , you can find the technical way of relating this

table-field to a order by searching the forum

if you want to see this on the screen level , use TCODE : CRMD_ORDER and provide the Object ID , and you can see the dates under the DATES tab under transaction data
