Unable to determine preference model for legal unit XXXXXX/feeder system

Hi All,

Not able to transfer billing document from ECC to GTS system, the error log in GTS system is "Unable to determine preference model for legal unit TSLU_8493/feeder system TCW910"

The error log in ECC system is "Document was not transferred - see GTSlog"

Since i am new to GTS module Not able to understand what is missing from cpnfig and master data.

Request your help in resolving this issue.

Hello Lakki,

this can be caused by missing assignment of your plant in the cross-plant based customizing.

In GTS check

1.

SPRO --> SAP Global Trade Services --> General Settings --> Organizational Structure --> Define Cross-Plant BOM Evaluation

Check if your plant is assigned there in the plant group.

2.

SPRO --> SAP Global Trade Services --> SAP Risk Management --> "Preference Processing" Service --> Define Administrative Unit Attributes

Check if your plant group is assigned for the Admin. Unit

3..

In GTS transaction SLG1 check the logs of the document transfer, should be more detailed explained what is the issue.

Hi Gabriel,

Thanks for your valid information. The required logical system setup with plant is missing in /SAPSLL/MODWG table under Define Cross-Plant BOM Evaluation area.

We will maintain soon and let you know the result.

One small request from this table, what is the Model_Id field? Will isome number generate automatically in this field?
