Displaying by amount ranges in BEx

Hi all,

I have got couple of queries where I need to display the number of people who have loan amounts in different ranges.

The query Layout is Like ;

......................No. of People......Loan amount

Amt>10000.................20.............530000.....

Amt betn 5000&10000.......13.............110000.....

And so on..

And on drill down to show

......................No. of People......Loan amount

Amt>10000....

..........Mr.ABC DEF......1...............12000

..........Mr.123 345......1...............13500

.....

...

Amt betn 5000&10000

.........Mr. PQR STG......1...............6500

.........Mr. TRG THG......1...............7600

.....

..

I have tried to create a dummy characteristic and populate it with the same Key Figure..but even that does not help to get these ranges.I think we need the Loan amount in Row and column to achieve this.

Please let me know if there is a possible way of doing this.
