Recurring problem with WF translations

Hi All,

I have a recurring problem with WF translations.

The thing is that sometimes when we have a WF that was translated in the past and we do a new change in WF model a new version is generated and ACTIV flag in table SWDSHEADER is not updated.

Then we have 3 entries (versions) with ACTIV flag set. For example:

WFD_ID VERSION EXETYP ACTIV

WS90300139 0000 S

WS90300139 0001 S X

WS90300139 0002 S

WS90300139 0003 S

WS90300139 0004 S X

WS90300139 9999 S X

Then in Decision step we see translations for WF version 0001 instead of 0004.

I did Extras > Translations > Compare text with transport version but it not worked.

Do you know if there is a Sap note related to this issue?

    What Basis Release and support pack level are you currently on?

      Hello !

      If ACTIV radio button is not set, execute the function module SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 and to the parameter IM_TASK , enter your workflow id i.e., WS90300139(in the same format).

      Thereafter, refresh the buffers at transaction SWU_OBUF.

      Now you can see that the ACTIV button is set.
