logo printing issue in PO print output.

HI,

I have a issue with PO print out.

When take print from PO print preview adobe PDF print or saving the PDF format on desktop then print, it is printing the logo correctly i.e color and letters are perfect.

but when I take print from ME9f or print immediately from PO, logo is not printing correctly, color is not printing and letter are printing with dots

can any body help me in this.

Hi,

Do you use one of the device types listed in SAP note #685571 when printing from SAP?

Check the output device to which you are reffering

In ME9F you may have given another device

which will not support logo and colours

thanks for your reply.

I am printing both from PDF file as well from SAP with same printer.

if printer is the issue it should give issue in both printings, but here issue with SAP print only.

Then basis has to install some drivers

in order to print the logo using that printer

Consult your basis .
