Hi All.

how to do Quarterly Performance Linked Compensation in SAP HR

(based on the performance appraisal rules and regulations, employees will be paid accordingly

during performance appraisal, employees will get benefits accordingly, some persons will get full amount during performance appraisal,this they wil pay as quarterly)

Plz brief the process and steps...

    If PLI component is part of your CTC then add PLI component in Salary packaging and based on performance you can calculate how much % has to pay.

    1. You can calculate out of the system and upload in IT15 quarterly basis. or

    2. If you are paying entire amount think about PCR.
