    Hi ,

    1. Go to PA30

    2. Check applying leave dates will be there in between endda and begda of Info type 2006.

    3. And also check in info type 2006 weather quota will be maintained for employee.

    4. Only we can apply Sick leave in past dates.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Kumaran Duraiswamy.

    Hi,

in SPRO go to (loosely translated, our system is in German):

Personell Management --> Employee Self Service --> Service Specific Configuration --> Worktime --> Maintain Processing for Absence Types. There, select the respective absence type which you can't make an entry for and check whether maintenance for the past is even allowed.

    regards, Lukas

This is because in leave request quota deduction is rolled back each time you request absence.

    ie

You are using the WebDynpro-based ESS Leave Request application.

Suppose for example that an employee has a remaining leave quota of 6

days and applies for two non-adjacent vacations having a duration of

three days each thereby exhausting the available quota (quota is zero

    days).

Now when that employee applies for an additional vacation day that lies

chronologically before the pending leave request that exhausts the

available quota (in the example provided above, this would be any day

before the second three-day vacation period), no error message is raised

to indicate that not enough quota is available.

'If - in contrast - the new leave request would be entered

chronologically after the day on which the pending leave requests would

exhaust the available quota, the not-enough-quota error message will be

    displayed

read the sap note Number 1070831 for more information on this
