What happened to Item Cancel / Restore in 8.8

Hi

What happened to the function to Cancel an Item to hide it from the rest of B1 except Item Master?

In earlier versions an Item could be canceled and restored. Now, these 2 functions are permanently grayed out in the Data menu.

please see SAP Note 1411244. The change in system behaviour is explained in detail.

The 8.82 help file for Item Master says that Cancel and Restore should still be available. Someone should correct the documentation.

Hi Franz

u can place an item as inactive and laos u have the option to include or not to include the inactive items in the reports.

Hope this would suffice your purpose
