Cogi Error

Hiii Experts,

We have a material 70034537 of qty 5000 cases, which has been confirmed and qaulity also cleared.. after that we came to know that, setup time entered wrong during confirmation.. then we tried reversing the production.. since quality cleared the 102 movement didn't happened and error went to COGI.. then we removed the stock through MB31 102 movement type....... but the error COGI still exits..when i tried to clear it.. System Gives me message.. U Cannot cancel GR.. when the stock was available in quality.. after clearing it.. now its giving me a message.. difficit of stock in quality... Can someone clarify me how to clear it.. and whats its effect if we leaves it in cogi.

Dear Sampath...

if you have already done 102 movement then you can delete the cogi entry.

For such scenario, reversing the UD is the only possible way. Because UD gets crated when we do GR, in the same manner if you want to reverse the posting, you must have UD reversed.

Dear Reverse the UD first by applying SAP note 175842 and do production order confirmation reversal.

Hi Everyone,

As i said... earlier the stock has been removed from the system.. but the related Inspection lot.. with the status UD Accepted.. can somebody let me know the effects of these.. incase left like as it is as well as Cogi. if left as it is.

Hi,

For 102 movement to be done, you need to reverse UD first i.e. you need to bring that stock again into quality inspection from unrestricted then only you will be able to do reverse confirmation & GR as well.
